Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve got questions, and we have answers. Find out how Concila works, how we handle data, how we guarantee your security, and whether you can use Concila for free (you can).

Concila is a treasury management application built with “Open Banking” APIs that strictly follow the guideliness of the Revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2). These APIs are the tool we use to connect to banks and have two functions: obtaining and presenting information from your bank accounts, and executing bank transfers and payments. Thanks to these tools, you can obtain banking data from your accounts in real time and move money without accessing your online banking system.

Concila is a product created by Unnax Regulatory Services, EDE, SL, a regulated company under the Bank of Spain, licensed as an Electronic Money Institution, AISP, and PISP. These licenses allow Concila to obtain and show bank account information and initiate bank transfers at the user’s request. In addition, Unnax is an ISO 27001 certified company and fulfills all requirements of the GDPR in terms of data security and protection.

Yes. All the information you share with Concila, such as your online banking credentials and the data from your accounts that is viewable through Concila’s control panel is entirely confidential and is stored fully encrypted. Concila will never share your data with third parties, and there is no visibility of your data between one bank and another.

Yes. We are currently offering Concila free of charge to our first users. Our highest priority right now is to build a top notch financial management platform. To accomplish that, we need to understand what you value in a treasury management tool, so we’ve made Concila free to use for everyone. We may send you an email at some point and ask you for your opinion on Concila, but that’s it (and we promise to not be annoying about it).

As many as you want. At present Concila is free of charge and there is no limit to the number of bank accounts you can add to your account.

Concila adds no additional charges to transfers made through the platform beyond whatever your bank charges to make a transfer. When you make a transfer through Concila, your bank will charge the standard transfer fee to your account, but there will be no additional charge on our part.

The length of your statement history is determined by your bank. Concila will always read all the statements your bank makes available to us through its API. Typical periods range from 3 to 12 months.

After the first reading, all your data is stored in our system so as time progresses your history will become longer.
